Monarch Education are working closely with a school in the Wellingborough currently looking for a year 2 SEND Teaching Assistants to start with a mainstream Primary School from September.

Location - Brackley

Salary - 83.33 - 96.72 Daily

Hours of work- Full time, 8:30am-3:30pm Temporary but could be temp to perm for the right person

Start Date - September 2024

End Date - July 2024, with the potential to extend into the new academic year

Job Description:

  • Supporting the classroom Teacher in daily tasks and activities
  • Preparing resources and the classroom
  • Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with ASD
  • Taking an interest in and supporting the wellbeing of students both physically and mentally
  • Monitor pupil progress and identifying gap in learning
  • Building trusting relationships with students and prioritising their social and emotional wellbeing.

We are looking for someone with previous experience SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) within a KS1 (Key stage one) setting. To apply you will need to be able to provide relevant references which can support your ability to work with children.
