Job Title: Payroll Manager
Salary: £55,000
Location: West Northamptonshire
Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 WFH.
  
JGA is collaborating with a fantastic, well-known brand to find a Payroll Manager for the UK on a permanent basis.

Coordinate and Manage Payroll and Benefits: Oversee the entire payroll and benefits function, including management and supervision of the Payroll Team.

Payroll Administration and Support: Assist with payroll administration, including month-end consolidation, processing support, and auditing to ensure compliance with legislative and award requirements.

Reporting and Documentation: Support internal reporting needs, such as annual leave and intercompany reports, and develop and update the payroll reference manual for managers.

Employee Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits, including system-based processes like auto-enrolment, and manage calculations and reconciliations of payments.

System and Process Improvement: Lead projects for continual improvement and standardisation of payroll operations and systems, perform system upgrades, and ensure accurate maintenance of staff records.

Workers Compensation and Ad Hoc Reporting: Coordinate workers' compensation processes, including filing claims and preparing payments, and prepare ad hoc reports as required.


Key Requirements:

Possess comprehensive and working knowledge of payroll systems and their functionalities.

Demonstrate substantial experience in payroll management, including effectively overseeing payroll operations.

Exhibit proven leadership abilities, including successfully managing and guiding a team.

Show meticulous attention to detail with the ability to interpret and ensure compliance with relevant awards and legislation.

Skilled in creating, reviewing, and supplying policies and procedures, with experience in business process improvement.
