We are currently recruiting for a permanent Night shift Trim Supervisor position for our Advanced Composite client based in Brackley . They specialise in manufacturing composite components for the F1 and Motorsport Industry.
With good rates of pay, and progression opportunities on offer, this is a great company to advance with in F1 and Motorpsort.
The role would be to oversee a small team of experienced and trainee trimmers. Making sure the daily plan is achieved, on time and to a high standard. There is a need to be able to problem solve unsupervised during development of parts and jigs.
Standard shift is Monday-Thursday - 16:00-02:30 with overtime available.
