What You Will Do:

- Serve as a business partner and key member of the Human Resources Team, developing effective, engaging, and proactive working partnerships.

- Provide timely, professional, and effective HR-related advice within company policy and legal requirements.

- Take a proactive approach to Employee Relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

- Lead regular meetings with key stakeholders to address any upcoming issues and make recommendations for improvements in process and practices.

- Manage headcount requirements and work with the Resourcing Team to ensure timely recruitment.

- Deliver in-house management training to upskill all levels of Management at the site.

What You Will Bring:

- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and CIPD qualification or part qualification at Level 5.

- Experience working within a manufacturing or fast-paced organisation in an HR role.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and work effectively within a team.

- A relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results.

- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and HR packages.
