What You Will Do:

- Initiate and coordinate the completion process of raw material and packaging specifications with suppliers.

- Approve supplier specifications, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to customer policies.

- Input information from suppliers into the Recipe Professor system (database).

- Collaborate closely with the New Product Development team to integrate processes and ensure successful product launches.

- Work with Procurement to ensure all new ingredients and packaging specs are completed on time.

- Maintain live ingredient & packaging lists, Oracle code master list, and annual gluten-free analysis certification.

What You Will Bring:

- A Food-related Further Education qualification.

- Experience in approving raw material specifications with knowledge of food labelling regulations.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to meet key deadlines.

- Self-motivation and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

- A Food-related HND or food labelling qualification would be desirable.
