Job Title:Quantity Surveyor (Civils & Reinforced Concrete) - Infrastructure

Day Rate:350 per day + Holiday Pay (PAYE Direct)
Contract Type:Temporary - 10 Month Project
About the Role:
Integrate Resources Group is seeking a skilled and experiencedQuantity Surveyorto join our client's team, working on the prestigiousHS2 Infrastructure Projectin Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark UK development, with a focus oncivils and reinforced concreteworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conducting valuations and agreeing on variations.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying potential risks and cost implications.
- Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
- Preparing final accounts and supporting project close-out.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in thecivils and reinforced concrete sectors.
- Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and their administration.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Based in or nearNorthamptonto qualify as a local candidate.
