What You Will Do:
- Develop and complete finished product specifications, ensuring alignment with customer and legislative standards.
- Review and approve artwork, collaborating with Ingredients and Packaging Specifications Technologists.
- Facilitate successful product launches by working closely with New Product Development (NPD).
- Build and maintain strong relationships across customer and colleague bases to support technical accuracy and innovation.
- Ensure consistent accuracy and adherence to deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Provide internal liaison and support for Site Technical and external liaison for retail customers.
What You Will Bring:
- A Further Education qualification in a food-related field.
- Experience in writing food specifications and familiarity with major retailers' online systems.
- Knowledge of retailer artwork approval systems and the Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to meet key deadlines.
- Self-motivation and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
