TPF Recruitment, in collaboration with a distinguished independent firm of chartered accountants based in Bracknell, is actively seeking accomplished, ACA/ACCA qualified, or part-qualified Audit & Accounts Seniors to join their successful, growing team.

We are a prominent independent firm of chartered accountants based in Bracknell, dedicated to providing comprehensive accounting, audit, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to audit standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audit fieldwork, including testing controls, assessing risk, and documenting findings.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to clients to improve their financial processes and controls.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing completion of qualification.
  • Previous experience in audit, accounts preparation, corporate taxation, mainstream personal taxation, and mainstream VAT within a reputable accounting firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with accounting software packages such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is desirable.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
