Credit Control Specialist - Bracknell - £30,000 / £35,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced credit controller to take ownership of the credit function.

About the Job

This role will support the wider finance function by managing the sales ledger and driving effective credit control processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow, liaising directly with customers to resolve queries, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the sales ledger and monitoring payment terms and credit limits
  • Chasing outstanding payments by email and phone in a professional manner
  • Reconciling customer accounts and releasing orders in line with credit policies
  • Performing credit checks and setting up new customer accounts
  • Handling finance queries and resolving invoice or payment issues
  • Processing credit card payments

About the Successful Applicant

You will have prior experience in credit control with excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong Excel skills are essential, and familiarity with SAP is desirable. A team-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to success in this role.
