Financial Controller

An innovative and growing retail company is recruiting for a newly created Financial Controller role.

You will work closely with the Managing Director managing the day to day financial activities and overseeing a small team whilst supporting the strategic planned growth of the company.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

• Preparation of monthly management accounts with relevant analysis
• Monitoring & reporting business performance
• Ensuring good financial controls are maintained throughout the business
• Strategic planning & budget creation
• Provide proactive financial analysis & scenario modelling
• Financial forecasting & monitoring cashflow

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

• Robust professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience such as Financial Controller / Head of Finance
• Experience in Inventory Control
• Expert user of SageCashflow management
• Strong excel skills for monitoring, interpreting & reporting data
