Exciting Opportunity: Management Accountant, Bracknell, Hybrid 

Location: Bracknell, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. 
Type: Permanent, Full-time

I’m working with a fast-growing company in a dynamic sector that’s expanding its finance team and looking for a talented Management Accountant. If you’re a part-qualified accountant with a passion for financial reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder management, this could be the ideal role for you!

The Role:
As a Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of monthly accounts and collaborating with various teams to drive financial success. You’ll also support the integration of acquisitions and play a key role in process improvements and financial controls across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Support financial integration of newly acquired businesses
• Assist with preparing annual statutory accounts and managing external audits
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve financial reporting processes and controls
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and maintain accurate documentation
• Lead or support ad hoc financial projects, including system upgrades and testing

What We’re Looking For:
• Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience in preparing financial statements is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong Excel skills and finance systems experience
