Principal AuditorBracknell£400 per dayFull Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Principal Auditor with a client based in Bracknell.

The job:

Undertake high risk and complex audits, engaging with officers at all levels from senior management and supervising any junior staff.Assist with audits within minor capital works, previous budget audit, audit on landscaping and street cleansing, as well as assisting with some school audits and IT projects.Develop and assess audit guidelines and processes within the business, working closely across a variety of departments.Produce and draft reports for management regarding assignments and audits, including recommendations, improvements and weaknesses, making all information accessible and digestible.Compile comprehensive working papers to support and evidence work completed and conclusion reached.

The candidate:

Experience working in the public sector in a similar role.Relevant qualification (IIA, CCAB, CIVA or similar)Strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate information quickly and effectively Strong IT skills across a variety of platforms

This is a contract role working full time hours. The client would prefer a candidate who can come to office once a week but would be open to remote working.
