Your Mission:

  • Help Desk Champion: Swiftly monitor and respond to requests, providing top-tier support for all FM-related issues.
  • Problem Solver: Guide clients through troubleshooting processes and ensure all KPIs & SLAs are met.
  • Trend Spotter: Report recurring issues and gather feedback to drive improvements.
  • Communication Guru: Keep clients updated and manage service requests with precision.
  • Compliance Expert: Assist in achieving the highest levels of statutory compliance and promote a culture of safety.
  • Administrative Ace: Support local line management with administrative tasks and produce insightful management reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Minimum GCSEs (including English & Mathematics); A Levels preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, computer literate, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or helpdesk environment, ideally within facilities management.
