Main duties:Maintain and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients while offering a competitive road transport service.
The role:- Deliver an outstanding customer service experience- Establish and nurture long term working relationships with clients- Assist with quotations, rates negotiation and transport organisation- Effectively communicate via phone and email with both customers and hauliers- Ensure a smooth process from collection to delivery of goods
The candidate:- Fluency in Polish language is a mandatory requirement for this role- Strong customer service skills- Confident communicator with a proactive personality- IT literate, confident MS Office user
Salary: Up to £25,500 per annum approximately
