Carpenter Multi required - domestic property repairs.
Brief overview of Responsibilities:
- Undertaking response maintenance repairs in properties across theRingwood / Andover area area.
- This will include plumb in sink/wash hand basin/bath/WC, all tiling, lock changes, all carpentry and joinery, kitchen & bathroom fit, maintenance of sanitary ware, patch plastering and decoration works.
Requirements:
- Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
- Full tool set
- Full driving licence due to a company van being provided
