Head Chef looking for their exciting next step!
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations taking full responsibility
- Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the owners
- working closely with the catering manager to drive the food forward and help build the team
- Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
- All aspects of health & safety
In order to be considered, applicants must:
- Head Chef level within a restaurant, foodie pub environment or even contract catering - Experience with fresh food would be ideal
- Have a great Kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team
- Have a good understanding of business operations;
- Love great food and good service!
