My client specialises in emergency planning and incident response services, and are seeking a vocational, dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager. They provide innovative solutions in aviation, safety, security, and crisis management to a global client base. If you're passionate about driving growth and building strategic partnerships, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

The Role:As a Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to open new markets. You will lead the full sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, and help shape the future business direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Service Delivery:- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.- Research and identify selling/upselling opportunities.- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.

Business Development & Growth:- Drive sales through inbound and outbound activity.- Present client tenders and negotiate service agreements.

Customer Relationship Management:- Engage with clients to exceed expectations and drive additional business.

Commercial Planning & Market Analysis:- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies.- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Project & People Management:- Manage special commercial partnerships and projects.- Negotiate strategic relationships with key business partners.

Key Requirements:- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.- Commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.- Proven experience in building client relationships.- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).- Flexible and willing to work in office or field environments.- Military or armed Forces background, advantageous.
