My client are an exciting scale-up in the consumer healthcare space. With a solid foundation, over 10 years of operations and highly-reviewed products, they are looking for a CRM Manager to help to continue to nurture customers through the sales journey. This is a permanent role, working hybrid (3 days a week) from their offices in Berkshire.Your new role
As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for creating the strategy behind their customer journeys. With eCommerce and Retail channels, you will analyse data and understand customer trigger points, designing, testing and optimising journeys to move customers through to the point of sale. You will develop the global CRM strategy, support country marketing managers with the delivery of personalised and targeted communications to support key campaigns, deploy flow and campaign messages across multiple countries and own core deliverability metrics; launching new nurture, referral and multi-touchpoint CRM programmes.What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience executing CRM campaigns direct to consumer, with expertise in both nurturing, converting and retention
- Experience of Klaviyo email platform is a plus however strong experience owning a CRM platform and managing successful campaigns and automations/flows is a must.
- Strong understanding of email best practice, including latest trends and technology, deliverability etc
- Proven experience driving sales through email, with examples across both single campaigns and new or optimised automations
- Comfortable in start-up or scale-up environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive impactful results.
What you'll get in returnYou'll receive a salary of between £40,000 - £60,000, depending on experience, and a package including performance-related bonus, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, and a company pension scheme.
