We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales executive to join our clients Headquarters in Bracknell. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering a luxury sales experience through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms.

You will consult with customers, understand their goals, and recommend tailored solutions . This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed inside sales targets.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience by understanding client needs and offering the right solutions.
  • Manage inbound enquiries while proactively generating new business opportunities via outbound calls.
  • Schedule visits with retail and field sales teams when needed.
  • Become an expert about products .
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from consultation to installation and aftercare.
  • Manage and maintain customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (training provided).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and delivery.
  • Follow up warm leads

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a consultative sales role, preferably in software, luxury, or corporate sales.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with strong customer engagement abilities.
  • Knowledge of fitness, performance, health, and wellness products.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a "refuse to lose" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • A passion for sports, fitness, and healthy living - or a degree in sports etc
