This is a newly created position within a thriving business and will see you championing customer loyalty rewards, offering a unique opportunity to make your mark in the Beauty industry.

 As Loyalty Marketing Manager, you will shape strategies and execute loyalty and CRM marketing strategies, focusing on driving customer growth and retention through an innovative loyalty programme. Collaborating with data and digital marketing teams, you’ll optimise insights and platforms to deliver personalised customer engagement that supports sales growth.

This hybrid full-time role is based in the stunning Bracknell offices 3 days a week to collaborate with the wider marketing team, with occasional travel. A competitive salary of £45,000 and benefits package is offered along with the opportunities to represent industry leading brands.

Key Responsibilities of the Loyalty Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and manage loyalty marketing plans and communications across multiple channels.
  • Conduct audience research and implement data-driven segmentation for customised engagement.

  • Write creative briefs and develop monthly communication plans in line with brand guidelines.
