They are looking for a talented and driven 5-Axis CNC Programmer setter to join their workshop and work on state-of-the-art millingmachines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online/Offline programming, setting, and operating 5-axis milling machines.
- Use of CAD/CAM software.
- Using variouscontrolsfor efficient and precise machining (training provided if you haven't got their controls experience).
- Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Optimising machining processes for improved production and quality.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in 5-axis CNC programming and setting.
- No main controls experience is required, as training canbe provided for the right candidate.
- Solid understanding of machining techniques and problem-solving in a high-precision environment.
- Familiarity with CAM software is a plus.
