My client, a tier one fit out contractor in the commercial office sector, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager for their head office in Bracknell.
The role involves conducting safety risk assessments, reviewing work procedures, and preparing reports for accidents and safety breaches.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety management.
A valid CSCS Card, First Aid certification, and SMSTS qualification are desired for this position.

My client is a tier one fit out contractor who work within the commercial office sector, and they are in search of an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team and be based from their head office in Bracknell.

Duties will involve:

Carrying out safety risks assessments prior to starting a new project
Reviewing all work procedures and ensuring they meet industry safety standards
Preparing and filing reports for accidents and other safety breaches
Staying up-to-date with health, safety and environment regulations
Ensuring safe installation of equipment and overseeing external contractors
Conducting in-house training sessions on health and safety awareness
Tracking incident metrics and applying findings
