Job Title: Global Payroll Project Manager

Project Overview:

The Global Payroll Project Manager will lead the selection and implementation of a new payroll solution across 90 countries and 4 regions. This role also includes overseeing the SAP4HANA upgrade for HR systems. The manager will ensure smooth integration, compliance with regulations, and user training.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage both payroll and SAP4HANA projects, ensuring they're on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate with senior management, HR, IT, Finance, and vendors.
  • Develop project plans, define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate training programs and ensure smooth transition to new processes.
  • Ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, especially in HR/payroll and SAP implementations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP, SAP4HANA, and global payroll systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
