A Global Company based in Bracknell is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for 9 months.

Key Accountabilites

  • Vendor Liaison: Customising workshop content. Negotiating costs. SAP Vendor set up and PO processing. Scheduling dates.
  • Workshop Management: Booking external venues. Setting up Eventbrite links. Sending monthly email notifications to managers/supervisors of upcoming workshops. Sending workshop reminders to attendees.
  • Monitoring bookings and rescheduling where bookings are low. Scheduling onsite training sessions and room bookings.
  • Arranging shipment of training materials. Managing attendee records and evaluation surveys.
  • Development Programs: Proactively inviting managers on Manager Fundamentals training track. Arranging launches, virtual calls and workshops for Talent programs. Checking Workday IDP reports for external needs on a monthly basis.
  • Reporting on expenditure vs budget. Dealing with general training queries.
  • University Liaison Project: Liaising with universities regarding careers talks and award sponsorships.
  • Mentoring Project (New): Survey to completed mentoring pairs. Support for setting up mentor/mentee pairs and communicating on process.
  • Experience with LMS preferably Decreed, Docebo or similar, experience with CredSpark is also beneficial
