Spanish Speaking Credit Controller

Marc Daniels are urgently recruiting for a Spanish Speaking Credit Controller for a large automotive company based in Bracknell. This role will be right for you if you have a background in a shared service environment.

This role features flexible hours, hybrid-working and a strong rate of pay.

You will be in charge to analyse the current OTC tasks within the Spanish entity to contribute to the transformation project. You will ensure the consistent application of procedures and practices in alignment with the credit policy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the finance department in the standardisation and simplification of the local Credit Control functions
• Analyse local OTC functions to support the transition process
• Collaborate in the standardization of the OTC area at European level.
• Ensure controls and reports are in place according to company policies and procedures
• Identify, suggest and implement continuous improvement measures for the credit function.
• Pursue overdue invoices to minimise bad debt
• Ensure efficient cash management and maintain clean AR ledgers.

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish and English
• Experience and understanding of credit risk
• Experience of managing a remote credit process within an Shared Service Environment.
• Systems and process knowledge in O2C and SAP fields.
