Our client is looking for a bilingual (French and English speaking) individual with customer support/order management experience to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet individual customer requirements, ensuring delivery compliance.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct item numbers and pricing.
- Utilize JDE Oracle system for order processing and collaborate with 3PLs for timely delivery.
- Ensure product compliance for EU retail partners, adhering to regulations such as the EU TSD.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and maintain internal records for seamless operations.
- Review and update customer orders regularly, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
- Demonstrate flexibility to cover other accounts when needed.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in order entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues of diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Understanding of product barcoding and EU compliance in the retail sector.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Outlook.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grades A-C) or equivalent.
- Additional language skills are a plus.

Working Relationships:
- Collaborate closely with Customer Services Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Engage with UK & EU Sales Teams, external customers, and 3rd Party Warehouses.
- Work alongside Finance and Inventory/Purchasing Teams for streamlined operations.
