Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey at our European UK-based headquarters? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team and champion excellent customer service across our EU & UK customer base. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences from setup to delivery. Here's what awaits you:

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet individual customer requirements, ensuring delivery compliance.- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct item numbers and pricing.- Utilize JDE Oracle system for order processing and collaborate with 3PLs for timely delivery.- Ensure product compliance for EU retail partners, adhering to regulations such as the EU TSD.- Resolve delivery discrepancies and maintain internal records for seamless operations.- Review and update customer orders regularly, maintaining accuracy and transparency.- Demonstrate flexibility to cover other accounts when needed.

Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficiency in order entry with a keen eye for detail.- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is advantageous.- Ability to work effectively with colleagues of diverse linguistic backgrounds.- Understanding of product barcoding and EU compliance in the retail sector.- Proficient in MS Excel & Outlook.- GCSEs in English and Maths (grades A-C) or equivalent.- Additional language skills are a plus.

Working Relationships:- Collaborate closely with Customer Services Manager and cross-functional teams.- Engage with UK & EU Sales Teams, external customers, and 3rd Party Warehouses.- Work alongside Finance and Inventory/Purchasing Teams for streamlined operations.
