Are you an immediately available Customer Support Coordinator seeking a fast-paced opportunity?
We are seeking a coordinator who will be responsible for delivering efficient administrative support to both the Customer Team and customers. This role is essential in providing a seamless customer experience wile ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Â
Key responsibilities include working complex cases, managing voluntary and hostile vehicle collections , deceased estates and vulnerable cases.Â
This role is subject to satisfactory references to include a DBS Check and Financial Check. Â
Duties
Manage written correspondence including in box management.Â
Banking and invoice management.
Assisting with amendments to customer accounts.
Produce management reports for the team.Â
The successful candidate will have proven organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines which can come with an element of working under pressure.
Experience required in analysing and reporting data. The role is within IR35 and the annual salary equivalent is £31k (£17.14ph).Â
