Senior Sales Support Coordinator- Tech industry £32,000 - £34,000 plus great benefits and team eventsLocation: Bracknell (free on-site parking)Hours of work: 8.45am - 5.45pm Monday to Friday, office based Calling all experienced sales support coordinators! A superb opportunity to join a hugely successful business and sales team, providing critical administrative support to the Head of Sales and Procurement, whereby processing complex orders within a global market, always ensuring tip-top service delivery. Key duties include: - Breaking down quotes and sending out pricing upon approval- Upload and send out detailed orders, confirmations and tracking- Ordering stock and following up and tracking for arrival- Raising supplier GRMs and ensuring they are shipped back where appropriate- Processing purchase orders to suppliers- Approving invoices- ensuring accuracy- Managing backorders- Booking and coordinating pallet shipments, inbound and outbound- Using the CRM system to input data- Raising customer RMA tickets- Managing the Head of Sales’ inbox- Distributing and logging new leads- Input data into Hubspot- Answering and distributing incoming calls- Any other ad hoc duties required as and when required

Key requirements- 2 years plus in a similar position, administrator support in a busy sales environment- Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook- Knowledge and experience of using a CRM system- Strong attention to detail- Excellent telephone manner and email communications- Ability to follow processes- A positive attitude and a team player.
