Position: Lead Data Warehouse Developer

Location: Bracknell on-site two days a week

Our client, a leading mortgage service provider is seeking a Lead Data Warehouse Developer, you will take charge or designing, developing, and maintaining the organisations data warehouse and related analytics systems. Leveraging your expertise in mortgage lending data and analytics.

Role responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining the data warehouse infrastructure to support structured reporting, complex analytics, and self-service capabilities
  • Offering technical oversight for solutions, aligning them with enterprise architecture and data governance standards
  • Advocating for and embedding data security principles into all aspects of the data strategy
  • Leading workstreams for business projects affecting data warehouse assets

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience within mortgage data, including loan portfolio on-boarding and lending processes
  • Technical skills in Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft SQL
  • Strong practical knowledge of SQL server and data warehouse methodologies, including the Kimball methodology
  • Comprehensive understanding of mortgage data lifecycles, and their applications within a mortgage business
