The Role

Working as the head of compliance within this business will see you take responsibility for the firm's regulatory compliance and risk management functions. You'll be ensuring the business has effective systems, procedures and controls for compliance monitoring in line with FCA regulations. You will maintain a comprehensive regulatory inventory and identify and assess changes in laws/regulations and provide guidance to business leaders. You'll demonstrate deep process knowledge, operational excellence, and innovation, focusing on simplicity, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.
