Teaching Assistant Role
As a Specialist: Special Needs Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

- Helping students build confidence, develop life skills, and make progress toward their individual learning goals.
- Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour using positive strategies.

- Pay Rate: £83 - £95 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Contract: Long-term, with the possibility of a permanent position
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Experience: Previous SEN experience is advantageous but not essential-your enthusiasm, adaptability, and resilience are what count most!
