We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants with experience in secondary education to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting student learning and development in a dynamic school environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist teachers in planning and executing lessons that engage and educate students.
  • Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning.
  • Facilitate small group sessions to help students with their learning objectives.
  • Manage classroom resources and setup to create an optimal learning environment.
  • Monitor and support student behaviour in the classroom and other school areas.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in secondary schools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
  • A commitment to supporting student learning and development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic teaching environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
