Our client is a unique retail business within the UK looking to oversee the will work as part of a team in a fast paced environment to coach, guide and advise People Managers and Managers, who seek our advice on people policies, processes, and best practice on Employee Relations matters.

  • Provision of coaching support and advice that enables People managers to decide an appropriate course of action
  • Provide written advice via submitted People Query forms
  • Accurately identifying where escalation and / or referral for case management is required
  • Capture accurate records whilst on calls and maintain up to date case notes
  • Provision of People policy advice and guidance for ad hoc requests such as drafting Gazette letter responses
  • Drafting ad-hoc letters for disciplinary, grievance and sickness cases
  • Maintains an overview of people policies, processes and legislation.
  • Use Group Case Management (GCM) reporting to drive continuous improvement
  • Assists the management team in identification and delivery of improvements to services and ways of working
  • Effective liaison with the wider People Policy Advice team and the wider
