Reed Finance are currently supporting a global leader in managed IT services and cyber security based near Reading to recruit a Finance Director.Â
With over 40 years of experience, they operate in more than 100 countries, providing a wide range of tailored services tailored to various industries across IT Managed services, IT project services and Cyber Security.
They have a proven track record in delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions to help their clients focus on their core operations while ensuring their IT needs are met effectively,
They are currently in the process of completing a Private Equity process and once completed are looking for an ambitious Finance Director that can take the helm in driving improvements across the business, be a key stakeholder across the business and the PE backer and really lead the growth journey over the next 3-5 years.
You will be leading a finance team of 10 and through your team be responsible for all financial and management reporting and supporting commercial decision making .
To be considered for this role you MUST have a big 4 background and have experience or strong understanding of the Telecoms/Technology sector so that you can really understand their business model. Additionally, this is a truly international operation and hence someone that can drive cultural connections is important.
