The RoleYou’ll be the first voice new prospects hear—calling them, qualifying their interest, and arranging consultations with advisers. Your day might include following up via email or LiveChat, updating internal systems with accurate lead data, and ensuring any vulnerable clients are managed appropriately and with care.
It’s not just about calls—you’ll also be the eyes and ears of the business when it comes to spotting trends, sharing insights with management, and making sure every enquiry is handled in line with GDPR and FCA guidelines. If an adviser needs briefing notes before a meeting, you’ll have already sent them. If a client needs rescheduling, you’ll have it sorted before anyone else notices.
