Holden Knight Education is excited to be working in partnership with a fantastic school in the Bracknell area to recruit a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate early years professional to join a supportive school environment and make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Learning and Development: Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create a Safe and Stimulating Environment: Foster a welcoming, safe, and engaging space that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Observe and Assess: Monitor children's development, maintain accurate records, and share observations with parents and team members.
  • Promote Positive Interactions: Support social and emotional development through positive guidance and interactive play.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other nursery staff and the wider school team to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Qualification in Early Years: (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or equivalent).
  • Experience: Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passion for Child Development: A genuine commitment to nurturing young children’s growth and development.
  • Enhanced DBS Check: Required for the position.
