Salary: £22,000-£24,000
My client who are based in Bracknell are seeking an Administrator to join their fast growing team. They are looking for a candidate who are organised, customer focused and hardworking. You will play a central role in our office and administration processes and provide excellent support to the wider team.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent administrative support to the senior team
- Be central to the businesses operations and up date departments with business activities
- Optimise communication between departments
- Maintain accurate filing and management of paper documents
- Manage phone calls and mail correspondence
- Manage office logistics
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and other office management software
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable
- Detail-oriented and thorough with a proactive approach
