We are looking for aHandy Person/ Property maintenancecandidate to work for our client based in Bracknell on a permanent basis.
Salary: 30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Reporting to the Commercial Property Manager (who will schedule work on a daily basis) - which will include:
- Repairing and filling damage to walls and ceilings
- Painting properties where necessary
- Basic electrical work
- Basic plumbing work
- Basic carpentry
- Cleaning out gutters
- Tidying up and weeding parking and common areas at residential properties
- Any ad hoc jobs as and when necessary
- The properties are in Ascot, Bagshot, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Sunninghill, Winkfield.
- May be required to be an out of hours emergency contact.
Person Specification:
- Good basic broad trade work experience.
- Self-motivated.
- Possesses can do attitude.
- Good communication with staff, customers, contractors etc.
- Work co-operatively.
- Physically able to perform manual tasks.
- Open to change and adaptable.
