HR Administrator Bracknell £25,000 - £28,000

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive team? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join a fast-paced and growing business based at our Bracknell Head Office.

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

About the Role:As HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the team, providing essential administrative support across all areas of the business. You’ll ensure our HR operations run smoothly and compliantly, supporting a great employee experience from onboarding through to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration & Compliance
  • Manage all HR-related administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain up-to-date, GDPR-compliant employee records
  • Process employment references and liaise with payroll for updates
  • Handle absence management, salary changes, and promotions
  • Support the leaver process and coordinate change authorisations
  • Systems & Coordination
  • Be the go-to superuser for the HR system
  • Manage the HR inbox and prioritise urgent queries
  • Support the wider HR team with documentation and scheduling
  • Keep the internal HR portal updated with people-related activity

What We’re Looking For

  • CIPD Level 3 - not essentail but adventagous
  • Experience using HR systems (Access HR / PeopleXD ) THIS WOULD BE AMAZING
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • A confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to other sites
