We are looking for an ambitious, proactive and organised candidate to join our Bracknell based team as a recruitment resourcer, working with agencies and candidates across the digital landscape - our clients create some of the world's top marketing/advertising campaigns!

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Resourcer at KRG, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying, engaging, and shortlisting high-quality candidates for a variety of exciting roles across the digital industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a fast-paced environment and grow within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, databases, social media, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening and telephone interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
  • Build and maintain talent pools of high-quality candidates.
  • Write engaging job adverts and marketing to attract great talent.
  • Manage candidate applications across multiple job boards and evaluate if they're suitable for the advertised role.
  • Support recruitment consultants in meeting client demands.
  • Ensure all candidate and client information is up to date on our CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring that candidates are well prepared.
  • Review and shortlist CVs to match the most suitable candidates to the roles we are recruiting for.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates, maintaining talent pools for future opportunities.

About You:

  • A strong communicator with excellent telephone manner and great written skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to every day (no day is the same!)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or sales role is beneficial but not essential.
  • A keen interest in the creative and digital industries is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
