We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and dedicated individual to come and join our team to assist with resource coordination at the weekends for a client who operates 7-days a week.

You may be required to work some weekdays in addition to your weekend hours to help cover annual leave.

Thorougher training will be provided.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting and working closely with the Account Manager
  • Interacting with the client daily over instant messenger (MS Teams) and email
  • Interacting with temporary resources daily over the phone, scheduling their working hours
  • Responding to queries via phone and email
  • Data entry and using data to prioritise resources whilst scheduling
  • Compiling morning report emails
  • Updating spreadsheets with a variety of data

The successful candidate must be a competent user of Microsoft Excel as you will be using this platform on a daily basis for a number of tasks. You must be highly organised and a strong multi tasker as you will be working alongside a number of documents and reports at once whilst coordinating the results to the client in a timely manner. It is essential you are confident liaising with candidates and clients as this is a key part of this role.

What we are looking for:

  • You must be able and willing to work a full day on Saturdays and 3 hours on Sunday mornings.
  • Competent user of Excel, Outlook and Teams - use of spreadsheet required daily.
  • Confident written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
  • Knowledge of and interest in the video games industry would be a benefit but is not essential to the role.
