As an ECT in supply, you’ll get the flexibility of choosing your working days (1 to 5 days per week), along with the support of a dedicated consultant to help you navigate your teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, following pre-prepared materials.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused and productive learning environment.
• Support students in completing their work and provide assistance where needed.
• Provide feedback to school staff regarding student progress and any classroom concerns.
• Build relationships with students, staff, and school leadership to create a positive school experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Early Career Teachers (ECT) with a passion for education.
• A flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to teaching and classroom management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students quickly.
• No lesson planning or marking required—just a willingness to step into new teaching environments.
