Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Domestic Gas Operations Supervisor to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to oversee all Gas works as well as assisting in the management of the team, to meet all compliance standards and to ensure the teams is up to date with training/qualifications.

In return, our client is offering a salary of £47,458 depending on experience, plus:
28 Days holiday plus the 8 bank holidays
Up to 10% employer contribution

Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:

• To Manage and oversee the delivery of all gas works including solid fuel and renewable heating systems
• Provide Technical advice, guidance and support to the Domestic Gas team of engineers
• To update stakeholders of progress and taken action, and escalating to management should this be necessary
• Manage compliance
• Prepare financial reports for the senior gas operations manager
• Monitoring of daily performance to produce reviews and reports on progress
• To face any customer complaints and resolve or escalate as required
• To support the growth and in-going development of the team
• To control the call out rota and ensure all hours are covered
• To support and cover for the operations manager as required

• Previous experience within a Supervisory or Managerial capacity
• Current holder of ACS tickets n CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1 + City and Guilds Level 3 in Domestic Heating, and Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems
• A broad knowledge of regulations and compliance
• Knowledge of relevant Building regulations
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with past experience working under pressure and prioritising workloads
