Cleaning Supervisors needed - Bracknell Area - X2 Jobs Available

We are looking for x2 cleaning supervisors for ongoing work in the Bracknell area.

1 supervisor from 10:00AM to 18:30 Monday to Friday

1 supervisor from 18:00PM to 21:00 Monday to Friday

The pay rate is 13.92 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
2. Train new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
3. Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to established standards and schedules.
4. Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
5. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
6. Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.
2. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
