We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our client's expanding team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of national training programs across the UK and Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in a similar position, with a strong passion for professional development and the ability to inspire others.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and train the Management and Sales team, relaying training programs and new initiatives
- Identify training needs, developing relevant training information and programs for individuals and departmental needs
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of internal training programs
- Offer ongoing support and coaching to all national sales teams
- Facilitate the smooth integration of new team members, ensuring they successfully transition and apply their learning within the sales teams
- Commit to your continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest sales strategies and industry trends
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record in a similar training position
- Previous experience in a sales and development role
- Genuine passion for development
- A results driven individual who is able to use their initiative to think outside the box
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
Details:
Title: National Training Manager
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 +bonus
Location: Berkshire based HO, national offices across the UK and Ireland
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
This is a field based role requiring you to hold a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
