Business Analyst - HR (Workday Pay Data Expansion Project)

4 Month Contract

Our global life sciences client are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a 4 month contract basis. You will be working on a project focused on expanding the usage of allowances and one-time payments in Workday.

This role will play a key part in enhancing their HR processes, improving user experience, and increasing standardization across their global operations.

Accountabilities:

  • Collect and consolidate data from various countries regarding current allowances and one-time payment practices
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and standardization
  • Assist the Process Lead in developing design principles for the future state process
  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases for new functionalities
  • Liaise between technical teams, HR operations, and business stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and process maps
  • Support design, implementation of mechanisms and analysis to track post-implementation process metrics

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR technology projects
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in process mapping and requirements gathering techniques

Preferred Exeprience:

  • Experience with global HR projects involving multiple countries and regions
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with HR processes, particularly in compensation and payroll areas
