European P2P Operational Delivery Lead - Bracknell - 6 months+ Contract - £400-450pd (inside IR35)

Are you a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) subject matter expert with a proven track record in process analysis and improvement, system implementation, and end-user training?

As a highly skilled P2P Operational Delivery Lead, you will drive both Business-As-Usual (BAU) enhancements and support large-scale transformation projects across the European P2P landscape.

The role:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in project managing standardising and streamlining processes, implementing new systems, and delivering user-centric training solutions. Your expertise in tools like Concur and Coupa in an SAP S/4HANA environment, combined with strong master data management skills, will be essential in delivering operational efficiencies and ensuring smooth system transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process & System Transformation

  • Lead the identification and delivery of process improvements and automation opportunities across the P2P model.
  • Oversee the implementation of new P2P systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

Project Management & Operational Delivery

  • Develop detailed project charters with defined roles, responsibilities, milestones, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure efficient project delivery.

End-User Training & Documentation

  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and compliance controls.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Ensure robust governance and control processes, delivering SOX-compliant solutions with zero deficiencies.
  • Provide clear reporting on policies, risk management, and compliance to key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with sourcing, finance, legal, and audit teams to drive alignment and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, securing buy-in at all levels.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in P2P process analysis, system implementation, and training design.
  • Proficiency in Concur, Coupa, and master data management.
  • SAP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural, European head office environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
