An exciting opportunity to work for Honda Motor Europe in the Financial Services division as an Application Support Administrator. The successful candidate will be confident, assertive and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and good telephone manner. You will be responsible for providing application support to internal and external customers, and ideally have experience in managing Application Support within a Service Now or JIRA environment, and demonstrate an excellent understanding of customer service principles. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microstrategy and supporting internal teams desirable.
Initially this will be a 6-month contract, with the potential going permanent
Applicants should be able to work proactively and must have sound judgment with the ability to make decisions in a timely fashion. The position involves extensive customer interaction making it essential the successful candidate show high levels of professionalism in your work.

The role is inside IR35 and is £115 per day which equates to £30k annual salary.
