Contract - Finance Master Data Management (MDM) and Compliance Lead - Bracknell - £400-450 per day (inside IR35) 6 months+

Detail-oriented, diligent professional with a strong background in Finance Master Data Management (MDM), SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) and a deep understanding of data governance principles is needed.

Role:

The Finance Master Data Management (MDM) and Compliance Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of Finance master data across the function, working within a SAP environment. Experience using SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) re configuration, settings review and user support is required. This role involves creating and implementing strategies for Finance master data management, establishing strong data governance policies, and overseeing MDM operations and compliance, delivering technical & functional support specific to Master Data & Compliance across each process workstream. The successful candidate will work closely with Operational Workstream department managers and the Master Data & Compliance department manager to ensure smooth and ongoing support for Master Data & Compliance across all relevant areas.

Experience Required:

  • Proven expertise in Finance Master Data Management and data governance.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in developing strategic plans and policies for data management.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a focus on data accuracy and security.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Finance and IT. You take pride in maintaining high standards of data accuracy and security and are comfortable working in dynamic environments. You have a strategic mindset, with the ability to create and implement policies that drive continuous improvement in data management practices. Experience in performance monitoring, reporting, and regulatory compliance will be a strong advantage.

The Offer:

An initial 6-month contract, £400-450 per day (inside IR35), with hybrid working 50% office-based in Bracknell.
